Application software:  We sell our own integrated software for order entry, allocation, shipping (with interfaces to UPS and Fed-Ex), EDI, sales and profitability analysis, customer service, cost sheets, purchasing, raw materials and finished goods inventories, production, imports (packages), charge-backs, and general accounting.  Included is software written for radio-frequency, hand-held terminals (for many warehouse-related functions).  Also included is a browser-based sales order entry program.

Report writer:  We sell our own report writer for use with our software.  Power users can easily create reports to be viewed, printed, e-mailed, or downloaded to spreadsheets.  Report viewing can start at higher levels of summary and drill-down to lower levels of detail.

                                       

Software support and maintenance:  We directly maintain and support our software products.  We distribute a new release of our software twice a year, each one filled with new functions, features, and technologies.  This ensures your software stays viable in the years ahead.  We review each new release with your organization to ensure you consider all its potential.  Our friendly and responsive telephone support is available 24/7.

EDI support and maintenance:  We offer an outsource option for technical support and maintenance related to EDI.  We provide translator mappings, UCC-128 shipping labels and VICS standard bill-of-lading forms.  We perform initial EDI tests with your trading partners and provide technical support for your ongoing receipt and transmission of EDI information.
